Setting Up Auto-Pay

If you have selected Auto-Pay as your payment option, this article will walk you through how to complete the initial setup. All images can be enlarged by clicking on them.

The following setup and steps is to be completed after you receive your first invoice.

How to setup auto-pay

  1. Open the invoice email sent to you.
    The sender will be "Kirk's Lawn Care LLC" The email subject will begin with "Invoice #xxxx from Kirk's Lawn Care LLC." Please add "notification@getjobber.com" to your contacts or safe-sender list to ensure delivery to your inbox. If you cannot locate the email, check your spam folder. If you did not receive it or accidentally deleted it, please contact Kirk's Lawn Care.

  2. Click the green "Pay Invoice" Button at the bottom of the invoice email.

  3. Click the green "Pay Invoice" button in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

  4. Carefully enter your card information.
    IMPORTANT - You MUST check the "Save card for future use" box to enable auto-pay!

  5. Click the green "Charge $xx.xx" button.
    If payment was successful, your invoice will read paid in the top-right and you will receive a receipt emailed to you.

 

After this setup process has been successfully completed, all future invoices will be automatically paid when an invoice is created. You will receive a receipt by email after each payment. We will contact you if we ever have trouble processing your card.
